Being a family physician for over 25 years, I have done my best to help people with their health. I was using the best conventional approaches to diagnose and medications to treat, but inevitably my patients ended up taking more medications and were not getting healthier. I realized over time, that I was really managing their symptoms and disease, rather than helping them become healthy.

The current healthcare system of ten-minute visits is not conducive for helping individuals create health in their lives and despite my advanced medical training, I did not have the tools to help.

I have pursued additional training and started LongevityMD to be in a situation where I can best help people in their journey for being the healthiest version they can be.
