LongevityMD Refund & Cancellation Policy

 

When you partner with us for your health, you show yourself the ultimate gift of self-love and self-responsibility. Success in your healing and health requires a deep commitment to yourself and a belief that you are worthy of healing, health, and vitality.

Our mission is to help you live out the healthiest version of yourself. It is our goal that during our time of partnering together, you are completely satisfied with the results you receive and the services that are rendered.

Health Coach Practitioner 1-on-1 Visits, 1-on-1 Consultations, Group Visits, Group Consultations, and Group Classes

Due to the value of our time and the nature of our business, missed 1-on-1 visits, 1-on-1 consultations, group visits, group consultations, and group classes are nonrefundable.

Lab Orders

Due to the fees we incur after a lab order is placed, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on lab orders after the lab order has been fulfilled and shipped.

Health Programs

Health programs will only be refunded if you are unsatisfied with your results upon completion of the program. At that time, your refund will be provided based on the services rendered during the program. Lab orders shipped and completed during your program are nonrefundable.

Refunds will not be given for partially completed or abandoned programs or if you have missed more than 50% of any included Health Coach Practitioner coaching calls.

Refunds for health programs also require that you consistently follow through on recommended plans of action and protocols from the online materials in your program.

A “Completed Program” is defined as a program where you have completed all online modules, adhered to all recommendations unless otherwise prearranged with our Health Coach Practitioner, and attended at least 50% of any included coaching calls (watching all recorded sessions satisfies the attendance requirement).

Supplements

Due to health and safety regulations, supplements can only be refunded on a case-by-case basis from where you purchased the supplement(s). Some supplements cannot be resold once opened or after a certain period of shelf life. If you find that you need a refund for supplements, please contact us regarding your specific situation, and we will do our best to serve you.
